You process and document support tickets in the area of network and IT security You analyze technical disturbances in the infrastructures of our customers and correct them You provide remote support and occasionally support directly on site You help in planning and implementing customer projects in the area of Network Security You work closely with manufacturers such as Cisco, HP, Sophos and Fortinet to find suitable solutions You are implementing smaller configuration changes and agree closely with the project team

You bring a completed training in IT (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a comparable qualification with Experience in technical support, ideally with network or security focus Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing and switching) and IT security solutions First experience in the project environment Knowledge of Cisco, HP, Sophos or Fortinet products desirable Structured, customer-oriented working and team skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing; Basic knowledge of English
