The area of outsourcing management designes and manages cooperation with external service providers across the entire lifecycle and thus makes a central contribution to the secure and sustainable orientation of the organization. The focus is on the risk-oriented classification of performance references, an effective and prudent service provider control and the continuous development of third-party risk management in line with DORA and MaRisk. As a competent partner, the area advises the departments and is responsible for regulatory components of the reporting. At the same time, the team bears the content responsibility for audit-relevant topics and ensures sustainable and reliable governance in outsourcing and third party risk management. The necessary IT systems for outsourcing management are also responsible for the area. These include planning, operation and further development of the IT systems used.
