Tasks

Support of the external service in offering and customer communication

• Processing customer requests and maintenance of customer master data
• Order processing and monitoring of the ordering process
• Creation and tracking of invoices -Support in the planning and implementation of sales actions
• Cooperation with internal departments to ensure smooth operations -Provide and update sales reports and statistics -Customer contact for questions and concerns

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification -Experience in the sales service -Sure knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems -Structured and solution-oriented operation -Communication strength and customer orientation -Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
