Our gerontopsychiatric station G at the hospital location Bargfeld-Stegen treats elderly patients suffering from mental disorders such as dementia or depression. As a nurse in Gerontopsychiatrie, you accompany people with different psychiatric illnesses at the age of You recognize, promote and receive individual resources and skills (biography work) – our Geronto garden can be used here very helpful and supportively You work in an exciting environment in the interprofessional team, team meetings and supervisions You work on the constant development and implementation of our concept for people suffering from dementia with You accompany medical diagnosis and therapy and advise relatives and patients You ensure a careful and conscientious implementation of care documentation and the implementation of action-able measures You are involved in individual and group-therapeutic offers or carry them through You provide the greatest possible protection for patients without restrictions of freedom
