Accompanying execution projects (partially on site in the Rhine-Main area) and support in offering processing in the form of: Creation and control of construction time, construction phase and construction schedules Creation of BE plans and logistics and device concepts Creating cycle plans (LEAN-Construction methods) and their tracking Development and evaluation of construction workflow concepts and the preparation of special proposals Creation of formwork concepts and support for formwork invitations or awards Use of 3D models in conjunction with schedules for building sequence simulations (with the support of the BIM department) Support of the costing department in the supply processing

They are naturally a technically experienced person and have acquired the following knowledge through your professional career: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in working preparation and/or construction management Fixed technical understanding of construction processes through multiannual professional experience Knowledge of the LEAN-Construction Methodology and the corresponding means of work Interest in new technologies on BIM and digitalization Effective handling of ASTA Power Project and Auto CAD as well as experience with RIB iTWO Safe appearance and both the ability and motivation for team-oriented project execution and solution finding with all project participants Structured as well as independent and dedicated working methods Fun at work, humor and a passion for construction
