Data Quality & Governance Manager (m/f/d)

Ownership for scalable data quality processes: conception, building and establishing company-wide standards across business areas and countries (including harmonisation, prioritization and operationalisation of complex requirements) Drivers of a modern issue management framework: Strategic design and rollout of a uniform process for the efficient collection, classification and control of DQ-Issues (including innovative approaches such as chatbot-based reporting and intelligent routing) Definition of global data quality standards: development of resilient guidelines for rule design, monitoring, documentation and escalation, with clear reporting structures for maximum transparency and taxability Architect of a central data quality platform: conception of a scalable, user-centred solution that empowers business and IT alike and as a core component supports the company-wide DQ strategy Interface between Business, Tech and Governance: Enge, sovereign cooperation with Product Owners, Data Engineering, Data Protection and Information Security to implement powerful and regulatoryly consistent solutions Control of data quality: setup and implementation of KPIs, dashboards as well as automated monitoring and alerting mechanisms Effective Change & Stakeholder Management: Self-governing and sustainable anchoring of governance measures in the organisation

Multiannual experience in data governance / data quality with demonstrable successes in process and solution design Practical experience in building issue management processes; Knowledge about chatbot-based automation and routing are a plus Understanding data quality frameworks, rule definition, monitoring approaches and documentation and reporting standards Experience in designing key data quality/compliance solutions and switching between business and technology stakeholders Technical understanding of data platforms and data integration; safe handling of SQL; Script skills (e.g. Python) Impressed communication and moderation capabilities, enforcement capacity and pragmatism in implementation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
