Jonas & Redmann is Berlin's largest mechanical engineer in special machine construction. With a lot of passion and a holistic view, we develop our production machines and production lines and enable the industrial production of new products in the growth sectors Energy, Health Care and Automotive.

The area of work preparation serves as an interface between construction, purchasing and production. Here the basic stone is laid for a smooth operation within the assembly and commissioning. We are looking for an assembly planner (m/w/d).

♪ Your responsibility

• Termination and demand-oriented disposition of assemblies and machine frames
• Material requirement planning for planned and consumption-controlled materials
• Ensuring the material-side production supply in coordination with the production management and the adjacent specialist areas (including purchasing, construction, project planning)
• Support of supply skalkulation in assembly-related operations
• Working on the definition of modules in the development phase in terms of economic and feasibility (design for manufacturing)
• Create, create and maintain work schedules/plan times in SAP
• Installation area planning and area capacity planning
• Optimization of existing warehouse, assembly and logistics processes

Your profile

We wish for a professionally sound team player for the position to ensure a smooth assembly process. The tasks associated with this position require an independent, solution-oriented and flexible operation.

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic or comparable training, completed study in the field of mechanical engineering or state-tested technicians (m/w/d)
• Insufficient professional experience in working preparation and manufacturing management of an industrial company, ideally in (special) mechanical engineering or
• Experience in the assembly of special machines / disposition or material procurement or technical purchasing
• Target-oriented and analytical approach as well as organisational and implementation strength
• Knowledge of components and suppliers in the field of electrical drives, pneumatics and axle and guide systems
• Experiences with ERP systems, preferably SAP (module PS/PP/WM), safe handling of MS Office applications
