Continuous professional and commercial support of new and existing customers Expansion of existing service delivery management Profit & Loss Responsibility for assigned customer projects and services Support for sales management at the new customer acquisition Proactive sales support for existing customers - acquisitions, offers, business cases via the Sales Channels TSI/TDG/DTAG and OS Generation of new business and development Managed Service especially with industry focus on public and defense Development of expansion potentials with regard to up/cross-selling for existing customers Support for Deal Solution Design and Strategic Development of the Performance Portfolio

Master or Diploma with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills At least 7 years of professional experience in comparable tasks Experience in topics such as managed services and service management and handling of medium-sized customers is advantageous Industry knowledge of Public Sector and Defense are advantageous Communication strength and team-oriented personality with pragmatic working Curiosity and innovation joy combined with strong entrepreneurial thinking Professional, trustworthy and empathic appearance at CxO level Flexibility, readiness for performance and travel German and good knowledge of English
