Referent Digital Analytics & Performance (m/f/d)

SEO & GEO optimization: You conduct keyword and AI analyses to continuously increase our visibility in classic search engines as well as AI response systems (e.g. ChatGPT, perplexity). Monitoring & Interface Management: You evaluate the performance data of our web and social media channels, translate analysis values into understandable recommendations for optimisation and editorial planning. Dashboard management: You keep our central data dashboard for SEO, SEA and social media up to date and ensure data availability. SEA campaign advice: You accompany our non-profit ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ad Grants), assess their performance and provide recommendations for optimal budget use. Onpage optimization & Web care (Drupal): You maintain texts as well as meta data in our Drupal-CMS and take into account SEO, GEO and technical standards. Agency management: You form the central interface to external service providers and agencies in the fields of SEO, GEO and SEA, control briefings and check delivered results.

Education & Experience: Studies or Training (e.g. Media Design, IT) with 35 years of professional experience in online marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media). Search, GEO & SEA: Embossed understanding of classical/AI search (GEO/AI Search), routine with SEO tools (e.g. Sistrix, Search Console) and knowledge in non-profit Ads formats (Google Ad Grants). Social Media & Analytics: Experience in social media monitoring, performance data evaluation and data-based impulses for editorial planning. Tracking & Data: Secure handling of GA4, common dashboard/day tools (e.g. Looker Studio, GTM), Excel and awareness of data protection-compliant tracking. Web-Pflege (Drupal): routine in dealing with Drupal (or similar CMS) and understanding for reading, SEO and GEO-oriented text structuring. Communication & Working methods: Strong ability to visual data processing, convincing argumentation skills, reliable German as well as independent project and time management.
