You are responsible for the preparation and execution of pay bills in SAP for a defined group of employees including all preparatory and post-work You maintain accounting-relevant master data and documentation You process special operations: special features, annual special payments, allowances, anniversary allowances, occupational pensions etc. With your advice, you support employees, executives and internal interfaces in all billing-relevant, social insurance and wage tax issues, including personal-relevant topics and tariff regulations for remuneration Their tasks include statistical evaluations and the management of the time economy in SAP You work together with external authorities, health insurance companies and auditors as well as internal interfaces in financial and human resources The relevant administrative work is carried out independently. In process optimizations, you are actively involved and interact with the implementation of project activities relevant to charge accounting

You have a successful completion of a commercial training, ideally complemented by a further training on personnel or on a payroll accountant, or have a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded, multi-year professional experience in the field of pay billing, preferably in a medium-sized industrial company in shiftwork and across all employees. Very good knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security is obvious to you. Ideally, you also have good knowledge of the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry. You are safe in the daily use of time management and pay accounting systems, especially SAP. User knowledge of further time management or billing programs is desirable. Your high hands-on mentality, your professional appearance and your absolute reliability are yours. The experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is one of your strengths.
