• As a shift management for our new logistics center in Dettelbach, you plan and coordinate the daily workflows of your area and ensure that all operational processes run smoothly

• Take the professional leadership of your shift, take care of the personnel deployment planning on the surface and ensure motivation within the team

• You analyze workflows and processes in your area regularly and identify potential improvements to contribute to the success of the site

• In addition, you monitor compliance with quality standards and safety regulations in your role and perform regular quality controls

• You have a completed training in the field of logistics or warehouses or a comparable qualification or multi-year professional experience in the logistics environment

• Ideally, you could already gain first leadership experience and want to put others in your motivation

• You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in more stressful situations
