Planning, control and monitoring of customer projects and internal development and organization projects Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and central interface to internal and external stakeholders Ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of quality, costs and dates identifying potential risks and developing effective solutions Creation of project status reports, presentations and decision templates for management Development and optimization of processes and methods in project management

Complete studies in the field of engineering, business or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in project management, ideal in the automotive industry Knowledge of methods and processes of project management, such as RfQ, PEP, APQP, DVP/R, FMEA, 8D Report Experience in the production and processing of load and obligation specifications as well as in production and risk analyses knowledge of combustion engines and exhaust gas aftertreatment Safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Project, as well as experience with ERP systems Strong communication and team skills as well as a sovereign occurrence Analytical thinking and pronounced problem solving skills Self-contained, structured and conceptual functioning as well as high flexibility and durability German and English skills
