In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a technical specialist / customer adviser Energiewirtschaft (m/w/d)* for the next possible time for our site Henstedt-Ulzburg, Fockbeck, Heiligenhafen or Niebüll. As a customer contact partner, you can handle the timely processing of all customer requests in our company as well as in the operations and the NordNetz and ensure customer-oriented communication from the first request to the final answer. You enter our customers from initial contact to billing with all concerns for private and commercial customers. For already connected feeders, you are available as customer contact partners. In our IT systems you collect, care and process customer requests, documents and data. Complex cases are developed independently or supported in the search for the required information. When dealing with complaints, you are confident, reliable and confident in content. You are willing to introduce yourself to ongoing and new corporate and/or corporate projects and to cooperate in the successful implementation. You are also open to other topics in the network economy and you do special tasks. As a partner for climate protection, you represent our company and have an attentive look at the needs of customers.

You have technical or commercial training, at best with additional qualification. You ideally have technical knowledge in the field of energy management and know yourself in particular with the processes for producing feed-in connections in low voltage. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. You are safe in dealing with the common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ideally know you in SAP. You work responsibly, decision-making and drive topics forward reliably. You bring innovation joy and a strong interest in digitalization and automation. You value team-wide cooperation and exchange across business boundaries. In addition, you have a rating of class B. Transparent remuneration: You will receive an attractive tariff compensation (Ca. 54,000€-70,000€ depending on qualification and experience), Christmas money, an annual special payment, asset-effective services (480€/year) and an occupational pension scheme.
