Investment Analyst – Currency and Collateral Management

Analysis, monitoring and control of foreign currency risks in international insurance transactions Development and implementation of strategies for effective monetary and security risk management Financial instruments and derivatives Management of security instruments such as assets (Letters of Credit / LoCs) and trusts Close cooperation with internal departments such as treasury, finance and risk management Monitoring and evaluation of developments in the global foreign exchange markets and regulatory requirements Creation of reports and analyses for management and internal stakeholders

Completed studies of economics, business, finance or comparable quality Strong interest in investment, risk management, insurance regulation and accounting Practical experience in FX management, collateral management or treasury of advantage, ideally in an international insurance or financial environment Interest in working with IT applications and data systems Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work successfully in an international environment Analytical thinking, high self-motivation and ability to work effectively in the team Very good knowledge of English and German in writing and word (C1) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
