In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for an IT service manager with project responsibility (m/w/d) at the Potsdam or Fürstenwalde site at the next possible time.

You support and advise customers in IT requirements and service management. In your role, you take over the (partial) project management in IT projects and are responsible for their implementation - including the management of IT requirements management. You carry out fault analyses and take over the crisis management in the operating business. You start and analyze detailed reports. You participate in Group-wide IT project rounds and represent the interests of E.DIS.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject area. You bring several years of professional experience in the relevant field of activity, ideally in a group environment. You have fluent German language skills and good English skills. Your strong communication skills and good negotiating skills are yours. You are powerful and decision-making without losing sight of the needs of the customers. Your work is independent and you have a high level of problem-solving competence.
