This is responsible for the program and portfolio management and project controlling of the Nordost branch.

Leadership & team development: Discipline and professional management of the multi-project management team including Promoting team development Strategic control: monitoring the achievement of targets, managing administrative processes, initiation and implementation of improvement measures. Multi-project management & consulting: Technical coordination of all projects of the branch – including consulting of branch management and external offices in case of higher-level project issues (e.g. construction programs, investment controlling, strategic conservation planning) Data, key figures & systems: analysis and controlling project-related key figures, development of reports and reports, key users for MaViS and iTWO Financial Control & Controlling: Financial Reporting, Project Facility, Commitments and Budget Controlling Knowledge transfer & committee work: implementation of internal training, participation in nationwide specialist boards and coordination rounds
