Support for the non-friction operating daily routine within the attraction Active cooperation in guest services and contact partners for our visitors Support for the frontline team during operation Participation in organisa­tional and ad­strative tasks, such as service plans, reporting and office organization Maintenance of working hours and support for billing and HR issues Ensuring service, hygiene, safety and quality standards Close cooperation with the Operations and Backoffice team As a day-to-day employee, you will take care of redundancy services at weekends and celebration days.

Completed training desirable, cross entry possible First professional experience from an area with customer support (e.g. free time, hotel industry, gastronomics, event, sports) Careful appearance, sophisticated service orientation and humor Joy in dealing with people of all age groups Organisational skills, reliability and a streamlined working method Hands-on skills, team skills and flexibility Good German, English skills are advantageous Ready for weekend and holiday services
