Nurse - Outpatient Care / Treatment Care (m/f/d)

You take over the independent basic and treatment care of our clients: in their home and thus contribute significantly to their quality of life. You plan the care measures and are responsible for the complete documentation of all processes with our modern software. As a central contact person, you advise our clients: competently in all care matters. You work closely with doctors: inside, therapist: inside and your team to ensure a holistic supply. You support the introduction of new colleagues:inside and give them your knowledge to trainees.

You have a completed training as a examinated or academic nurse. You bring experience in care planning and are safe in handling digital documentation software. A self-employed, flexible and reliable way of working distinguishes you, at the same time you are a real team player. Ideally, you have already completed a further education on the practical manager (m/w/d). You can communicate safely in German (C1 level) to ensure smooth support.
