Roughs and setup: Work on a vertical 3-5 axes machining center with a Siemens Sinumerik 840D controller Dimensions: machining of components with a diameter of up to 2100 mm and a height of up to 800 mm Adaptation Programming: Adjustment of existing programs or independent creation of new machining programs for components with high precision and tight tolerances. Quality assurance: Ensure that the manufactured components comply with the drawing specifications. Factory self-control: performing and documenting quality control during production. Process optimization: independent cooperation in improving production processes. Date accuracy: Ensuring the timely production of components for downstream departments. Shopfloor: Active participation in production at the workshop level. 5S order: compliance with order and cleanliness at work according to the 5S method.

Training: Successfully completed training for the machining mechanic. Knowledge: Funded knowledge of CNC machining centres and their control (Siemens Sinumerik 840D) Technical drawing: Safe in reading and understanding of technical drawings. Working methods: High quality awareness, independent and precise working methods, as well as reliability and team skills. Personality: High motivation, performance and durability. LEAN experience: First experience with LEAN production systems. Shiftwork: willingness to work in 3-shift operation.
