Process Manager (m/f/d)

Processes: systematic recording of actual processes (e.g. application, performance, damage, inventory, collection/exkasso processes) by interviews, workshops and document analysis Modeling processes: Developing technical and technically oriented actual and target process models in BPMN 2.0, defining clear inputs/outputs, roles, rules and interfaces analyse processes: identification of weaknesses, inefficiencies and risks; Definition of process characteristic numbers (KPI) and measurement points for recording transit times, processing times and quality determination Optimisation of processes: implementation of structural improvement measures including benefits/implementation Bridge between discipline and technology: Structure technical requirements, moderate priorities and coordinate sustainable implementation roadmaps with disciplines, IT and compliance Prepare automation: Promote standardization and create end-to-end visibility as a basis for workflow, RPA, and AI operations Governance and Quality: Participation in the Process Governance Framework (Roles, Responsibilities, Releases), Ensuring Data Protection, Information Security and Revision Requirements Documentation: Development and maintenance of a central process register Continuous Improvement: Establishing CSDP mechanisms, review cycles and feedback plans

Completed studies in (economic) informatics, BWL, economic engineering or a comparable qualification – alternatively relevant training with practical experience in process management Multiannual experience in the collection, modelling, analysis and optimization of business processes, ideally in the insurance environment or in regulated industries Safe in modelling standard BPMN 2.0 and in handling process management platforms; Understanding end-to-end policies and process indicators experience in the moderation of workshops and stakeholder management across specialist areas; pronounced communication and presentation strength Method competence in process analysis and optimization as well as affinity for digital solutions, automation and data support Basic understanding of data protection, compliance and information security in insurance Joy in building structures, developing pragmatic solutions and driving change hands‐on
