Strengthen our team and play a key role in the digitization and optimization of our funding processes. Consulting, Conception & Innovation: You actively shape the technological development of our SAP systems. As part of SAP CRM's resolution, you identify independent potentials of modern software and AI technologies, develop technical and technical concepts and drive their implementation forward independently until successful introduction System support & Transformation: You serve the SAP procedures in ongoing operation and in projects for the further development of different SAP modules and interfaces. In addition, you accompany the transformation of SAP CRM towards a modern development of your own and ensure a smooth transition to the future system landscape Technical implementation: You process technical questions independently and take responsibility for the design, development and implementation of technical solutions. In addition to customizing and low-code development in the SAP CRM environment, you will develop new solutions for future self-development, evaluate modern software and AI technologies and integrate suitable approaches in a targeted way into our system landscape Technology and innovation management: You observe technological developments, evaluate their benefits for our organization and develop innovative solutions. In particular in the field of modern software development and artificial intelligence, you can unlock new applications and provide suitable solutions independently Project work: You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our funding processing and information system (FöBIS) and take responsibility for the design and implementation of future-oriented solutions Knowledge transfer: You design and moderate workshops and training and provide your expertise to users

You have completed university studies (e.g. in the field of computer science, business informatics, administration, etc.) You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience through your vocational training or due to your professional qualifications and multiannual relevant activities Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge of SAP CRM - ideally with a focus on Grantor Management (fund management) and/or have experiences in public administration funding You have special communication strength and high sense of responsibility You are team-ready, flexible and ready to work into new topics Customer orientation and analytical thinking also help you You also have good German language skills
