These are your tasks: Active acquisition and acquisition of new brokerage and cooperation partners for our country house kitchen, plate happiness and winVitalis brands Construction, maintenance and further development of a stable partner network in the Berlin region Convincing presentation of our concepts, products and added value Use of different distribution channels: personal appointments, telephone, email, social media and digital tools Monitoring market trends, competitors and regional developments Close cooperation with internal interfaces (marketing, customer service, product management)

Embossed pleasure for acquisition, sale and conclusion Experience in sales, like healthcare, homecare environment or service sector A nutritional background or experience in the homecare/care sector are advantageous High communication strength, persuasiveness and negotiation security Self-organized, structured operation Impressed ability to listen actively, to identify needs accurately and to derive accurate solutions for new paths A high level of empathy paired with the motivation to create a real added value with sensory solutions

Financial: In addition to your monthly salary you get a full 13. salary (Christmas money) and a holiday allowance of € 2,500 We are of course responsible for asset-effective services, a funded occupational pension scheme and the job-wheel leasing.
