Implementation of the needs-oriented planning of service appointments and customer mobility First personal greeting and support of our customers Telephone information about services and offers independent and predictive organisation of reception and operation of telephone communication appointment preparation and coordination with the service consultants and the part service Cash management Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle master data Preparation of vehicle documents for vehicle pick-up Vehicle transfer to end customers after a workshop stay including invoice transfer

Successfully completed commercial training for the automotive businesswoman (m/w/d) or a comparable training Professional experience in after-sales as well as certification for service assistants desirable Very good ways of handling, a very good organizational and communication skills and team skills Safe handling of MS Office High reliability, flexibility as well as independent, reliable and dedicated operation
