You build up the new Personnel Competence Centre and develop it into a central impulse provider of modern staff work You identify relevant HR trends and derive future-oriented concepts and standards for the organization You actively shape topics such as leadership, personnel development, recruiting, culture and digitalization You successfully control cross-departmental HR projects and drive change processes You work closely with the HR Business partners and ensure a sustainable implementation of the developed solutions You advise personnel management and board in strategic personnel issues You continuously develop HR processes and structures, taking into account the peculiarities of the church labour law and co-determination

Graduate degree with a focus on staff/HR or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a strategic HR function and leadership of teams Knowledge of modern staff work, in particular in the fields of culture, leadership, personnel development and digitalisation Experience in the development and implementation of HR concepts, projects and change processes Knowledge of agile working methods and experience in the HR Business Partner model Representative communication, consulting and stakeholders expertise Structured, solution-oriented and innovative working methods Identification with the values of an ecclesiastical employer Applications for people with recognised severe disability are particularly taken into account with appropriate qualifications and personal suitability.
