Create goetel's corporate IT: As head of IT, you are responsible for internal IT, software development and data & business intelligence. You report directly to CFO as Managing Director and connect stable IT operations with digitalization, data, cybersecurity and new technologies. The technical network operation does not belong to the position.

Your tasks

General responsibility and leadership for corporate IT, development and data & BI Focusing on strategy and business priorities Further development of IT strategy, governance and architecture as well as management of budget, project portfolio, resources, suppliers and management reporting Ensuring stable, secure and economical IT operations including IT service management, M365, Azure, Infrastructure, Permissions and Incident and Problem Management Control of software and process automation, system integrations and central data platform for reliable data, key figures and reports Priority responsibility for the pragmatic introduction of AI: Use Cases, establish governance and operating models, and transfer successful solutions to the control operation Consistent further development of IT and cybersecurity with the specific objective of implementing and sustainably anchoring the ISO-27001 certification as well as the relevant NIS-2 requirements for goetel Close cooperation with management, departments, delimitation: no CISO and DPO tasks whose independent control, consulting and commissioning functions remain outside line responsibility

Multiannual leadership and implementation experience in an overarching IT function, ideally in the technically shaped middle class Wide understanding of IT operation, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, system integration, data platforms and business intelligence Practice in IT strategy, governance, portfolio management, budgeting and service provider management experience with ISO 27001, NIS-2, IT risk management and audit preparation; Certifications are welcome, but not mandatory Strategic thinking, pragmatic implementation strength and clear communication at management and specialist level Very good German knowledge and good English skills
