BMW Bank GmbH's Damage Management team is responsible for the handling of leasing and financing contracts in which the vehicle is contaminated. We have close contact with customers, insurance companies, lawyers etc., by phone and in writing. What do you expect? Consultation of customers and interface partners (e.g. sales partners, insurance) in questions of damage in written and telephone form. Processing of accident damage including creation of, for example, repair releases, coordination of residual values, testing of claims for, for example, insurances. Examination of the conditions of termination of the lease contract by the customer and the leaser. Sale of accident-damaged vehicles including supervision of the cash intake. Implementation of re-booking and re-booking within the framework of competence. Technical support for external partners in the daily business.

What are you doing? Complete vocational training (e.g. bank merchants, insurance merchants, automobile merchants) with additional qualification or a comparable qualification. Expertise in the field of automotive or well-founded professional experience in a comparable function. High level of initiative and service orientation. Very good communication skills, persuasiveness and quality awareness. Sovereign dealing with MS-Office. Team skills and social competence.
