Successfully completed 1st and 2nd State examination for the Magisterium of Gymnasium or an equivalent, authoritative degree from Germany, Austria or Switzerland Joy in working with young people and a genuine interest in individually accompanying, promoting and strengthening pupils Enthusiasm for contemporary, pupil-oriented teaching and the willingness to continuously develop professional and methodological-didactic skills Daily English and Openness for Work in a Bilingual, Internationally Embossed School Environment Team spirit, humor and resilience in the living school day Commitment to a positive school culture and active participation in pedagogical and school life Willingness to take responsibility and contribute constructively to the further development of the Gymnasium
