In your role as a caregiver:in you take the professional control of the entire care process. You work according to current health science standards and ensure the medical care of the residents.

• Treatment care: Safe implementation of medical regulations, including wound care, the setting of injections (s.c. / i.m.), alignment of infusions, port supply and blood sugar measurement
• Care planning & documentation: Certain guidance of the electronic patient file, preparation of care plans (e.g. according to SIS) and precise detection of vitality drug management: Exact administration of medicines by medical arrangement as well as monitoring of effects and side effects
• Basic care & prophylaxis: Professional implementation of activating basic care, professional mobilization and implementation of targeted prophylaxis (e.g. decubitus, fall or thrombosis prophylaxis)
• ️ Interdisciplinary cooperation: Enge, professional communication with treating domestic and specialist doctors, therapists, pharmacies and the enlightening advice of the relatives
