Then strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main! Your duties Controlling technology: You carry out maintenance, maintenance and repair work on building systems and ensure their reliable operation. Coordinate processes: you control and monitor the technical processes in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) as well as the technical building equipment (TGA). Organize orders: You coordinate work orders, monitor their implementation and ensure a timely execution – also by external service providers and subcontractors. Responsibility: You support the technical manager in the day-to-day business and represent him if necessary. Ensure quality: You document technical measures and are responsible for the necessary hygiene measures in accordance with the relevant VDI guidelines. Plan exams: You plan and organize extensive maintenance and testing services, such as black building and power down tests, testing of the firefall control matrix, and maintenance and testing of large air-conditioning systems (RLT). Stay in use: If necessary, you will be responsible for emergency and standby services. You work in a challenging technical facility in Frankfurt am Main with diverse tasks and interesting challenges in ongoing building operations. Technical basis: You have completed technical training, for example as plant mechanic SHK, in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) or in the supply technology or technical building equipment (TGA). Additional qualification: A further education to the master or technician is welcome and advantageous. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in technical building operations, facility management, building management or technical object care. Technical knowledge: You are familiar with maintenance, maintenance and operation of building equipment and can reliably coordinate technical processes. Hygiene and testing: You have the necessary qualifications and authorizations for hygiene measures according to VDI 6022 (ventilation), VDI 6023 (drinking water) and VDI 2047 (cooling towers). IT skills: You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with CAFM systems, ideally REMUSS, is advantageous. Operation: You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented, perform safely and communicate professionally. Language: You have good knowledge of German in word and writing.
