Office Power (m/w/d) with the focus on the independent implementation of administrative tasks, e.g. procurement of materials. You support the planning and organisation of teaching and events. You maintain the website of the professorships and various database entries. You are responsible for correspondence with students and internal contact points in the university administration and for the independent processing of applications. You correspond with international and national partners from science and practice. You are responsible for organization, coordination and independent accounting development for travel. The place shall be occupied at 01.06.2026.

Qualification requirements You have completed vocational training in an administrative or commercial field or equivalent knowledge. You are safe in handling MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and the Internet. You have equality competence. You advocate the fundamental freedom of democracy in the sense of the Basic Law. You agree to participate in a health aptitude assessment and, if necessary, an extended safety review under the German Security Audit Act.
