Software Implementation Analyst - HR Controlling (m/f/d)

Support in the technical and operational consulting of our customers – both independently and in the team Cooperation in the acceptance of customer requirements and their translation into technical concepts Support in developing customized 4PLAN solutions and concepts based on customer needs Working with the configuration and implementation of 4PLAN solutions (e.g. masks, logic, permissions, data models) predominantly remotely and occasionally on site with the customer – in close cooperation with experienced team members Support for testing, interface connection, rollouts and customization of solutions Participation in training and instruction of key users Support for technical and operational support beyond the implementation phase

A relevant background and/or completion in business, business informatics, experience with software implementation, consulting services, technical support, technical advice or a comparable area Curiosity, ambition and willingness to learn and develop Embossed affinity for technology and digital solutions Knowledge in SQL and data modeling are advantageous, as well as experience with API integrations or scripting (no condition) First experiences in software project management are desirable Willingness to work into new software, skills and approaches Interest in business processes and their technical mapping A precise and structured way of working as well as analytical and logical thinking A service-oriented attitude and excellent team skills The ability to work independently as well as in the team and to keep appointments reliable Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Optional: Danish knowledge of word and writing are advantageous Optional: Polish knowledge of word and font are of advantage Travel readiness and ability
