We are looking for you at our location in Karlsruhe and partly with Homeoffice opportunity for 16 to 20 hours a week and for the duration of 12 months as Werkstudent HR / Personalmanagement (m/d) Do you want to get to know HR not only theoretically in your studies, but to actively shape it in practice? At Peras, you support our HR Business Partners and Personnel Officers in the HR day business and work on exciting HR projects that are really effective for the organization. Ideal for students who have already gained first HR experience and want to deepen their know-how.

Support for HR Business Partners in Day Business Cooperation in operational personnel management (e.g. entry and exit, contract and document creation) Active cooperation in HR projects (e.g. pay structure, HR digitisation, HR standards) Maintenance and evaluation of HR data, statistics and reports Creation of presentations, templates and internal HR documents Support for administrative and organisational HR topics

enrolled:r Student:in an economic, personal or social science course First practical experience in the HR field (e.g. working student:in, internship, practical semester) Interest in HR processes, HR management and HR project work Structured, careful and reliable operation Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Word, PowerPoint & Excel), ideally knowledge of SAP HCM or SuccesFactors Discretion, team skills and a service-oriented attitude
