Head of Controlling (m/f/d)

Leadership, development and operational support of our controlling Analysis of the monthly accounts of the Group's subsidiaries together with your team Identification of vulnerabilities, derivation of concrete measures together with the disciplines and securing meaningful management reports Guidance of the forecast, budget, and medium-term planning process Support of management with sound analyses and decision templates Takeover of exciting special topics – for example cost structure analyses of individual companies, cross-departmental support for intra-group processes such as operating KPIs and ESG reportings Continuing development of our controlling and existing tools Responsibility for further development and future migration to S4/HANA as a Process Owner for the SAP CO module Close cooperation with the management and commercial management of our subsidiaries and international colleagues – especially in Italy Technical support of the controlling organisations of our subsidiaries

A completed study of business management, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification form your professional foundation At least five years of management experience in corporate controlling of a medium-sized or international company with corporate structures Found experience in monthly financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, company planning and management reporting

Ideally accompaniment of ERP projects or as a Process Owner: taken on responsibility Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS are essential High IT affinity as well as professional handling of the current MS Office programs already experience with Power BI Secure knowledge of consolidation and ERP software (ideally SAP CO experience) Safe communication in German and English (e.g.: international presentations, professional meetings with Italy) This distinguishes you: You are a sovereign leader who creates trust, hands-on works and takes responsibility.
