You are actively involved in the design of content and organizational processes of the institution and, together with the team, ensure a high-quality support: Assistance of clients in daily life, taking into account their personal wishes Support for various leisure activities that enable active participation Promoting individual skills, in particular the communication possibilities Care and execution of medical regulations Implementation of primary care activities Contact with parents, relatives, legal supervisors: Development of work targets and steps based on the current demand survey method and documentation by software
