Your tasks: Support in the design and implementation of the AI transformation of the company, for example in the creation of requirements profiles for specific roles, the appointment organization, the preparation of workshops and the development of Microsoft copilot agents and workflows Participation in the development of tools for controlling and tracking project progress, measures and resources, in particular with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps Support for Data Analytics & Business Intelligence projects Takeover of organisational and administrative activities in close coordination with team management Independent processing of subtasks and work packages Implementation of project-related research and analysis, for example in the context of competitive and market analyses Consolidation, processing and visualization of information and preparation of presentation documents for management and project teams

Your profile: Current master's degree in economics, ideally focusing on IT, digital business, innovation or a comparable degree programme Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint and teams, combined with high digital affinity Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Power Very good communication, and presentation skills Self-contained, structured and reliable operation and a high degree of flexibility Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable First experiences with visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau Very good experience in the application of modern AI-based tools readiness for regular presence on site Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is limited.
