What we plan together: As part of our Process Excellence team in Group Financial Reporting, you are actively working on the design and implementation of digital innovations and automation solutions around the consolidated financial statements. You support us in making existing processes smarter, more efficient and sustainable and bringing in your own ideas to develop the area in a sustainable manner. We don't leave you alone: you are being worked in a structured manner and professionally accompanied so you can quickly contribute and develop. Long-term cooperation is important to us, not only do we want to involve you, but also promote you in a targeted manner and give you the opportunity to continually expand your strengths and skills.

What you do with us: You analyze existing business processes and identify targeted automation potentials to increase efficiency and productivity. You can help design and develop automation solutions – especially with Power Automate, Power Apps and CoPilot Studio. You optimise existing processes through your own analyses and introduce innovative, digital solutions. You support the planning, coordination and implementation of (partial) projects in the field of process improvement and automation. You develop smaller tools and automations with VBA, SQL or comparable technologies to support operational processes

Your personality counts: You work structured, independent and bring a high degree of self-initiative and team spirit. You are impersonated in a course of studies such as (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable discipline. You have pronounced analytical skills and are safe to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ideally, you already have first practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio) as well as with programming or databases (e.g. VBA, Python, SQL). Practical experience in handling AI (e.g. development and application of AI-based solutions, advanced prompting, integration of AI components) is of advantage. You have a strong interest in continuously deepening your knowledge in AI and actively applying new technologies in practice. You can communicate safely in German and English – in writing as oral.
