You are responsible for personnel, fleet and infrastructure. The medium- and long-term service planning will help you actively and introduce your own ideas. The close cooperation with the rescue service is part of your daily work. As part of an innovative team, you will participate in the development of the rescue service. You have at least one year of professional experience in the Bavarian rescue service as rescue or emergency medical technician (m/w/d). A structured thinking and working method distinguishes you. You lead employees value-estimating, fair and with high social competence. You bring sense of responsibility and have the ability to clearly represent decisions. You want to actively drive changes and make steady improvements. Safe handling of IT and office applications is of course for you.
