Project Manager (m/f/d)

Management of technically challenging new product projects from project order to series start (SOP) Technical contact for national and international customers Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality objectives and their continuous monitoring and documentation Creation and maintenance of schedules and implementation of project risk assessments Close cooperation with relevant specialist departments (e.g. development, quality, purchasing) and international manufacturing sites Implementation of project reviews and regular reporting to project management and global management Active participation in the development and optimization of internal project management processes Takeover of special tasks

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or industrial engineering Multiannual professional experience in the automotive environment, ideally with direct OEM customer contact Funded knowledge in project management, preferably according to established standards (APQP, VDA, etc.) Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office Embossed team skills and an independent, structured way of working High communication and enforcement strength Strong problem-solving competence, negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset Ready for occasional international missions
