As Business Process Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

They are responsible for the analysis, preparation and updating of business processes and work instructions for the quality management manual at OPTIMA pharma. They support the specialist departments in optimizing business processes, conduct necessary improvement measures and implement them together with the specialist departments. The implementation of relevant tools in the department as well as the identification of process gaps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality management system also fall into your area of responsibility. They take over the coordination, supervision and documentation of audits, both within the company and with our international customers. In addition, you process and evaluate quality questionnaires and comment on quality assurance agreements in cooperation with the specialist departments for our customers.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economic engineering, quality or pharmaceutical management. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification and have completed a corresponding training. They bring well-founded professional experience in a comparable position as a quality or business process manager (m/w/d). The application of ISO 9001:2015 standards is of course for you. Ideally, you have a qualification as a quality manager and internal auditor (m/w/d). If this is not the case, we will be happy to offer you the possibility of appropriate training. Your very good knowledge of German and English is sure to be used both oral and written. They are open to new ideas, have a pronounced analytical way of thinking and are characterized by a solution-oriented and structured way of working. In addition, you will bring excellent communication and team skills.
