We are seeking a M&BD Advisor Automotive and Mobility and Aerospace and Defense (m/w/d) full-time in Munich You will work closely with the global and local M&BD teams, along with the global Sector Heads, leadership teams, and lawyer keys to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and business development strategy that drives client engagement, strengthens market positioning, and supports the long-term growth of the sectors. .

Strategy and business planning Support sector leadership, the M&BD teams, and others to design and execute a global strategy that aligns with firm objectives and strengthens market position in the A&D and A&M sectors Support the development of the A&D and A&M sectors' yearly business plans and ensure implementation that supports the global sector strategy marketing campaigns, profile raising, and thought leadership plan, create, and help manage the implementation of marketing communications, including seminars and client events, client trainings, client-facing materials, external conference attendance, as well as web and social media content Lead and support directory and award submissions for relevant rankings and publications Coordinate input for sector-specific thought leadership publications Collaborate with the PR team to implement profile-raising strategies for the sectors and individual partners Events and sponsorships Support client seminars, webinars, and other marketing events — managing materials, supporting vendor selection, developing client communications, and handling day-of logistics and follow-up reporting Support the evaluation, coordination, and execution of sponsorships, including support with discounts and managing participation, to ensure the firm maximises return on its investment Work with the sector heads and leadership teams to plan internal meetings, retreats, and sessions focused on educating the company about the sectors Pitching, targeting, and new business generation Develop, manage, and support responses to RFPs, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs Create and maintain a suite of standard targeting materials, including credentials documents Internal communications and knowledge sharing Support sector working group efforts as M&BD lead and share best practices and processes across the global sector team Maintain key M&BD resources, including on the global intranet and hoganlovells.com, team lists, and master credentials documents Support M&BD leadership to promote capabilities across the company, including through global retreats, internal newsletters, conference calls, meetings, and the intranet R & D projects Flexibility to support across other sectors as needed Manage and contribute to broader M&BD projects and assignments, as appropriate All members of the firm are expected and encouraged to participate in our global Responsible Business program Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location, and services
