Become part of our Banking & Capital Markts Consulting Team in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Hamburg and actively shape the financial world of tomorrow by taking responsibility for challenging transformation projects and driving issues autonomously and end-to-end. You can do a variety of tasks: Analysis of end-to-end processes in securities processing - from order management to settlement to corporate action and asset servicing - and development of future-oriented target images as well as target operating models and sustainable solutions to transform modern post-trade processes Control and design of modern IT architectures and support of transformations from existing systems to scalable platforms (e.g. cloud, APIs or microservices). You are responsible for the introduction or consolidation of core systems as well as the integration of market infrastructures such as central depositors (e.g. clearstream) and external service providers Special responsibility for the implementation of regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g. CSDR, SRD II/ARUG II, T+1, ISO 20022) and ensuring that processes, data and systems are efficiently, sustainably and compliant Independent identification of potentials for digitization and automation, optimization of existing structures and development of innovative solutions for the further development of efficient and future-oriented processes and system landscapes in securities processing Management of projects and central work packages, coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as stakeholders on the customer and project side and ensuring that results are implemented in a targeted manner. Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable degree course At least 5 years of professional experience in a bank, a consultancy or fintech related to securities processing, post-trade processes, regulatory requirements and market standards (e.g. CSDR, SRD II/ARUG II, T+1, ISO 20022) and the corresponding IT systems in the financial sector Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
