Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation engineer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification First professional experience in building technology / facility management Good knowledge of ventilation and sanitary technology desirable Knowledge of metalwork of advantage Good German knowledge Service orientation & team capability driving licence class B of advantage, but no condition
