Working Student Corporate Transformation (m/w/d)

• Working with change processes in strategic initiatives

• Support in the implementation of classic organization design and change management methods such as Change Story Design, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessment

• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops in the field of strategy, team and organisational development

• Research of new methods and trends in change management and organization design, as well as conception and implementation to expand the internal toolbox

• Organization and design of dialogue formats and presentations for top management

• Own implementation of analysis activities

• Study of economics, economic education, economic engineering or a comparable course of study, in a higher semester

• Very good knowledge of popular MS Office tools (especially Power Point and Excel)

• practical experience in administrative, advisory and organisational activities by e.g. internships

• Self-responsible working style and dedicated, team-oriented working

• Analytical thinking and careful and efficient operation

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Long-term availability for at least 15-20 hours per week
