As a service engineer, you serve German and European customers and ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction through your professional operation in the maintenance and repair of AutoStoreRobots and peripheral devices. Maintenance and repairs Implementation of service projects taking into account service objectives, timelines and quality and budget requirements Mechanical and electrical maintenance of the logistics systems of customers Troubleshooting, diagnostics and fixation on site Exchange of defective components Support in reinstalling systems Provision of technical services by customer request Customer support applications
