Your job and impact: You: take responsibility for your own work strands or subprojects. work with your team on your own work strands or subprojects, performing data-driven analyses and supporting strategic decisions on this basis. moderate workshops with the specialist areas and ensure knowledge transfer between stakeholders. project documents for decision-makers:in the REWE Group. presents and discusses results with management. is promoted in your professional growth through continuous feedback and the adoption of versatile tasks. gain further leadership experience through the guidance of junior staff. expand your trade knowledge gradually. supports internal initiatives to develop the department.

Your Skillset: You: have completed your Master's degree on average and have already collected two to four years of practical experience in a top management consulting, strategy or project department; Alternatively, you will look back on a long-term career in the trade or the FMCG industry. owns a well-founded “Consulting Toolkit” and can demonstrate first experience with the professional leadership of clients: both inside and team members. has a distinct structured and analytical mindset and has fun in complex issues. works independently and practice-oriented and brings a strong communication capability. are happy to work on new topics and project constellations. in the best case, both in informal exchange and in business context, has very good English skills.
