For this key position we are looking for an experienced management personality that strategically develops our IT landscape and actively shapes the transformation towards cloud and modern security. The incorporation takes place at our headquarters in Reutlingen. Reutlingen remains your main work site in the long term, but individual working days at the locations Stuttgart or Karlsruhe are possible.

You run and develop the IT infrastructure, IT security and helpdesk teams. You are responsible for the safe and stable operation of our IT infrastructure and communication systems. You drive the transformation from a classic on-premises landscape to a modern Azure cloud environment. You control and accompany central IT projects around Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow and Digitization. You continuously develop our information security and are responsible for implementing security standards as well as IT guidelines according to ISO 27001. You work closely with our departments, the internal developer team and House of HR.

Multiannual experience in IT infrastructure, cloud or IT security. Multiannual leadership experience in a modern IT organization, ideally in the service environment. Finded knowledge of Microsoft technologies, ideally Azure. Experience with modern IT, cloud and security processes as well as automation. Knowledge of information security, compliance and ideally ISO 27001. The ability to combine technical solutions with business requirements.
