Your profile • Training as a specialist (system integration)m/w/d or comparable training • Advanced knowledge in Windows environments • Experience in IT support • Experience in handling a ticket system (preferably osTicket) • Structured operation • Service and solution-oriented thinking • Class B driving licence • optional experience in handling remote maintenance tool Anydesk • Loadability and team capability • independent, careful operation • Hands-On mentality • Communication skills
