Your duties Planning and implementation of the practical guidance of trainees and new employees Accompanying and reflecting learning processes in close cooperation with care teams and nursing schools Coordination with schools and educational institutions as well as participation in exams and feedback talks Participation in quality development processes in the field of training and personnel development Designing and implementing integration concepts for nurses and nurses Documentation and evaluation of instructions and incorporation

Complete training as a nurse (e.g. in nursing care, health care and nursing, as a nursing professional) Additional qualification as a practical instruction Professional experience in stationary care and joy in knowledge transfer Organisational capacity and independent work Communication strength, empathy and pedagogical skills Intercultural sensitivity for a respectful, inclusive relationship
