Coordination of OP operation: Within the framework of the OP management, they take over the cross-organisational coordination of the OP procedures and ensure a structured, interdisciplinary cooperation between the participating areas.

Control of complex processes: They actively participate in the planning, control and further development of the organizational processes in the OP and ensure efficient coordination between nursing, medical and administrative areas.

Cooperation with management structures: They work closely in a disciplined context with the lines of the OP-Pflege, the Anesthesia-Pflege as well as the OP-Disposition and support the coordinated organization of the daily operating procedures.

Further development of the OP area: They contribute to the structural and conceptual development of the OP operation and bring your experience into the optimization of processes and interfaces.

Interdisciplinary vote: They are in close cooperation with medical services, care services and management and support transparent communication between the participating professional groups.

They have completed their studies in human medicine (even with specialist status) or completed training as a nursing specialist or (m/w/d) or OTA (m/w/d) as well as further education for intensive care and anaesthesia or for the operation service. They have several years of professional experience in the OP environment and have a sound knowledge of the organizational processes and structures of a modern OP operation. You have demonstrated your leadership skills through the successful completion of a training course to the station management. You can also demonstrate your ability to control complex processes in the OP through a qualification in the field of OP management. They work structured, have pronounced organizational skills and also keep an overview of interdisciplinary processes in complex situations. They are characterized by a high degree of communication skills and understand how to combine different professional groups and jointly develop sustainable solutions.
