Senior Controller:in (m/f/d)

You create budgets, forecasts and cost-effectiveness analyses The analysis of GuV, balance sheet and cash flow is one of your tasks as well as the preparation of meaningful management reports You act as a business partner for management and departments For monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB, you actively support the finance team The cost center, project and result controlling You develop KPI, reporting and dashboard structures You are involved in ERP, BI and process optimization projects In addition, you support accounting and payment You enter at least four companies in close cooperation with the Head of Finance You take professional mentoring for less experienced colleagues and support them through training-on-the-job, structured knowledge transfer and constructive feedback

Completed study with focus on controlling / finance or comparable training Professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting Very good analytical skills and high IT affinity Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Pivot Experience with DATEV law firm accounting Communication strength as well as structured and self-responsible operation Very good knowledge of German and English, Polish Readiness to travel to our four locations
